Short-Bio

In June 2007, I joined LiberoVision, a startup company in Zurich, Switzerland. LiberoVision develops a system for realistic virtual replays for sports broadcast. Check out our website for cool video footage.

From August 2005 until April 2007, I stayed at the Laboratory for Computational Intelligence of the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada working with Kevin Murphy and Nando de Freitas on statistical methods for scene and context understanding, visual search, and decision making. From February to June 2005, I worked at theMax Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tubingen, Germany  with Adrian Schwaninger and Christian Wallraven on projects concerning the psychophysics of human scene perception.
