are included in the rent. To reduce the costs for electricity and heating, please switch off the lights and heating when you leave your flat.

Layout:
- flats are fully furnished and well-equipped
- the 2 and 3 room apartments consist of a living room (with sleeper sofa), a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi
- the small flats (one room) have a kitchenette, a shower and a living-/bedroom
- the kitchen is well equipped (with appliances, fridge and freezer) and provides pots and pans, cutlery, and dishes; bedding and towels are supplied as well
- air conditioning is in each flat
- washing machines, one per flat (with its own meter) are in the cellar
- 1 dryer and an iron ironing board is in the cellar, too
Cleaning:
Should be done by the tenants themselves. Staircase and public hallwayare are cleaned by a company once per week.
Final cleaning and linen fee:
There is a final cleaning fee and a fee for providing bedclothes and towels which we add to the invoice of rent.
Garbage disposal:
The container for residual waste (black), for plastic (yellow) and for paper (blue) are in front of the house.
Internet:
T-DSL is provided (flat rate), login you get when moving in
TV:
Satellite television, TV set provided in each room
Parking:
Parking slots on the main street, in front of the house
Bikes
can be stored in the cellar (bicycle stand)

To ensure that the flats are kept in good condition, we regularly check each flat.
